At approximately 6:45 AM Thursday morning, a robbery took place at a local residency in Magee. The two women at the residence were stabbed. One has been air lifted . The other woman remains in the local hospital.
The robbery took place at the McAlpin House in Magee located on 206 2nd Avenue SW. (The information I have gathered which is not official: Gloria Lucas, owner, and her sister Debra Patrick McCollum were stabbed. Debra was stabbed multiple times and air-lifted. Gloria was taken to Magee General Hospital and should be ok. ). Again, when I receive official information I will post. Prayers for the family.
The police know who committed the crime and are in pursuit of the suspect.
