Regina Lynn Runnels Higgins, 41 of Brookhaven, Mississippi, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at the HWY 42 South in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She was born Thursday, August 20, 1981, in Jackson, Mississippi.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022, from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home at 302 8th Ave SW, Magee, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at 3:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Magee. She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She enjoyed drawing, crocheting, listening to music, and most of all spending time with her kids and family. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Survivors include her two sons, James M. Higgins (Carrie) of Brandon, MS and Dee Phillips, III of Magee, MS; two daughters, Brandy M. Higgins of Mendenhall, MS and Alexis Phillips of Magee, MS; father, James Runnels of Florence, MS; mother, Renay Lofton Graves of Brookhaven, MS; five grandchildren, Charliegh Burton, Kaisley Prestenbach, Khloe Higgins, Gatlin Tanner and Skyler Higgins; three sisters, Ashley Mullins, Sheena Mullins and Pam Plunk; aunt, Vickie Stowers of Vidalia, Louisiana, and a host of other family and friends.
