Magee, MS – Peoples Bank President and CEO Dennis Ammann is pleased to announce the promotion of Noel Acy to Vice President. Noel brings over 36 years of experience in the banking industry, with the past 22 years dedicated to serving customers and supporting operations at Peoples Bank.
In her current role as Assistant Vice President, Noel manages the Loan Operations Department at the Mendenhall Main Office, overseeing the day-to-day activities of in-house loans and assisting with the ongoing maintenance of the bank’s SBA loan portfolio.
“Noel’s dedication, experience, and leadership make her a trusted and valued member of our team,” said CEO Dennis Ammann. “Her commitment to accuracy, her understanding of loan operations, and her team-first mindset have helped elevate the service we provide to our customers and our internal teams. This promotion is well-earned and well-deserved.”
Noel studied Data Processing for two years at East Central Community College and is a graduate of Raleigh High School. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a passion for continuous learning and a strong focus on operational excellence.
Her contributions to Peoples Bank have been recognized through several awards, including the Peoples Bank Promise Award in 2018 and the Peoples Bank WOW Award in 2023 – both reflecting her outstanding service and embodiment of Peoples Bank’s values.
Noel resides in Mendenhall with her husband, Allen Acy. Together, they have five children: Sara Riley, Lauren Acy, Morgan Acy, Cameron Acy, and the late Ayden Temple. They are proud grandparents to three grandchildren, with one more on the way.
