Magee, MS – Peoples Bank President and CEO Dennis Ammann is pleased to announce the
promotion of Brittney Garris to Credit Administration Officer.
In her new role, Garris will assist in all aspects of credit administration, manage letters of credit
within the bank, help oversee loan reviews, and maintain spreadsheets related to credit quality.
Garris has been a valued member of the Peoples Bank team for nearly 14 years. She began her
banking career at the Collins branch in April 2012 as a teller. In February 2015, she advanced to
the role of Loan Assistant/Customer Care Associate, where she continued to demonstrate
exceptional customer service and dedication to both customers and coworkers.
In 2016, Garris assumed additional responsibilities as Loan Committee Secretary for the Chief
Credit Officer, further strengthening her experience and expertise in credit administration and
loan operations.
A graduate of Prentiss Christian School, Garris has consistently exemplified professionalism and
commitment throughout her career. She has also been recognized for her outstanding customer
service through both the Peoples Bank WOW Award and the Promise Award.
