OUR EYES BEING OPEN
Listen as the Holy Spirit talks to you in a still small voice. Our reading today comes from Matthew 20:33-34. They say unto him Lord that our eyes may be open. So Jesus had compassion on them and touched their eyes and immediately their eyes received sight and they followed him.
Jesus wants us to have our eyes opened so we can fully follow him. To follow him we must be born again. We then put the cross on our shoulders where our feet want go astray. We say in a strong voice here am I send me! Our life shines to a lost and dying world. We say to others this world is not my home, I am just passing through!
Father help us to keep our heart and life upon you now and forever. For we truly have too much to gain to lose. In your name above all others we pray. Have a great week.
