Online applications for medical cannabis licenses are now available from the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program. |
Medical professionals, cannabis facilities, and transportation/disposal services may now register with our online system and apply for a license.
Patients must first visit a medical professional licensed to certify you for medical cannabis use, then apply online for a medical cannabis user ID card.
Dispensaries must be licensed through the state Department of Commerce. Licensing for cannabis dispensaries begins in July.
