Mims Bowen, 90, of Raleigh, passed from this life June 25, 2015 at Unitversity Medical Center in Jackson. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 29, 2015 at Mims 1X Bowen Cemetery in Raleigh. Bro. Nicky Walker will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements, (601)849-5031.

Survived by Sons, Ace Bowen, Raleigh, Bob Rittle Bowen, Mark Bowen Barron, Mims Bowen, Jr., Daughter – Pam Bowen, Sisters Betty Brown, Sarah Bowen Rayner, and three Grandchildren

Preceded in death by Brother Sam Bowen, Sisters Inez Thaler, Jeanette Reisigl, Parents Charlie and Wilma Tullos Bowen,
