On Thursday, September 25, 2025, the Magee Police Department reported the arrest of Felix Marquez Bartolo for the following alleged offenses:
- Driving under the influence
- Disregard for traffic control device
- No driver’s license
- No proof of liability insurance
- Seatbelt violation
- ICE hold.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
