Lou Ella Bradford, 106, of Pinola, passed from this life Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Bedford Care Center of Mendenhall. She was born July 25, 1909 in Simpson County.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 13, 2016 at Shivers Baptist Church in Pinola. Bro. Earl Clark, Bro. David Weems and Bro. Gene Erwin will officiate. Burial will be in Owens Cemetery in Shivers. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements, (601)847-4401.
Mrs. Lou Ella was a member of Shivers Baptist Church for over fifty years. She enjoyed working in her yard.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Mendenhall. Visitation will also be Friday morning 10:00AM till service time at Shivers Baptist Church.
She is survived Nieces and nephews. A host of Great, Great-Great, and Great-Great Great Nieces and Nephews.
She is preceded in death by Husband of almost fifty years, Willie Ray Bradford, Parents, Willie and Amanda Sanford Cody, Five Brothers and Two Sisters.
