L C Reynolds, 85 of Mt Olive, Mississippi

L C Reynolds, 85 of Mt Olive, MS passed away Monday, May 1, 2023 at the St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS. He was born Sunday, December 26, 1937 in Ruth, Mississippi.

   Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Calvary Baptist Church of Saratoga in Mt. Olive. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 8:00 A.M. until service time. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 04, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Calvary Baptist Church of Saratoga. Burial will follow in Calvary Baptist Church of Saratoga Cemetery. Bro. Laban Blakeney and Bro. Gary Roberts will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031

   He worked as a construction worker for Hemphill for 24 years. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He loved planting and growing a garden.

    He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Julie Brown Reynolds;  grandchild, Shaun  Griffith;  brothers, GW  Reynolds and Hassell  Reynolds;  sisters, Charlene  Lambert, Quiga Bardeaux, and Marie  Mahaffey.

   Survivors include his wife, Trudy  Reynolds of 63 years;  three daughters, Debbie  Ashley  (Delton), Donna  Sullivan  (Dale Greer ), and Tammy  Griffith  (Glynn);  grandchildren, Ashley  Neely  (David), Anna  Davison and Brittney  Garris  (Justin);  great- grandchildren, Riley  Neely, Kaidan  Garris and Kason  Garris; and a host of  nieces and nephews.

    Pallbearers will be Justin Garris, Ray Eubanks, David Neely, Stanley Eubanks, Dennis Craft, and Cecil Morrow.

A special thanks to St. Dominic Hospital, Hillcrest Nursing Home, Dr. Charles Pruitt, Jill Nichols, RN and Magee General Hospital for the years of loving care given and continued care to us doing this time.
