JH & H Architects from Flowood, MS opened bids on the Magee High School Filed House Project, Tuesday, September 24, 2019.
A pre bid conference was held at the Simpson County School Board Office, at 2:00 P.M., on September 10, 2019. Several bidders were present showing an interest in the project.
The flowing bids were received:

- Sullivan Enterprise, Magee, MS $1,498,000.00
- Mike Rozer Construction, Laurel, MS $1,523,000.00
- Larry J Sumrall Construction Laurel, MS $1,574,000.00
- Chalk Construction Mendenhall, MS $1,683,000.00
- Colony Hammons Construction Pearl, MS $1,697,000.00
- Ergon Construction Jackson, MS $1,770,000.00
- Flagstar Construction Company Brandon, MS $1,770,000.00
- Southeastern Contracting LLC Hattiesburg, MS $1,793,600.00
The following bids will be reviewed by J H & H Architects where the lowest and best bid will be presented to the Simpson County School at a future board meeting.
