Elmer “Ray ”Langston was born on April 9, 1953, in Magee, MS to Sarah Langston and Elmer Keyes. He attended McLaurin High School in Magee, MS. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was a devoted father who enjoyed sharing his love for the great outdoors and adventures with his family.
Elmer Ray was preceded in the death by his father Elmer Keyes and daughter Sierra Thinger.
He leaves to cherish his precious memory, his mother, Sarah Green; four children, Shunta Stubbs (Antonio), Michael McCullum, Dixon McInnis , Elsie Langston; eleven brothers, John Larry Langston, James Green (Melinda), Robert Green, John Green, Michael Green (Earina), and Scott Green, all of Magee, MS, Keith Keyes (Tina) of Arkanas, Robin Keyes (Shelie), Stacy Keyes, Darion Nelson, Terry Keyes, all of Orlando Fl; six sisters, Kathy Langston of Gulfport, MS, Mary Caples, Linda Green, Stacy Green, all of Magee, MS, Melinda Keyes of California, Juanita Jones (Charlie) of Orlando, FL; five aunts, Annie Langston, Gladys Turner, Edna Floyd, Annie Mae Langston, all of Magee, MS; five grandchildren, Michelle Berry, LaDarious Stubbs, Deshauna Sims, Jlan Sims, Kingston McInnis; five great-grandchildren, Kylionna Hobbs, Kayleigh Sims, Bra Funchess, Ivyonna Berry, LaTrey Shaw, all of Magee, MS; Host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, from 11:30 until 2:00 p.m. at Tutor Funeral Home of Magee. Services will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel.
