Dylan Webber to play in the 2023 Dream All-American Bowl

Dylan Webber was nominated and accepted into the 2023 Dream All-American Bowl. After rigorous review from the committee, the top athletes were invited to play in the exclusive All-Star game and participate in a weekend long event of developmental activities and performance on a nationwide platform. Dream All-American Bowl showcases the nation’s best High School athletes. Participation allows players to learn from some of the best teachers of the game, former NFL players, college and high school coaches.

Committee leader and CEO of Dream Sports Group, Shannon Riley, says “the athletes that were selected have exemplified great leadership skills on and off the field, and have stood out as leading performers in each position. We believe that these are the next stars of the game and we want to recognize them for their outstanding achievements and help them get to the next level.”

 

“Webber has good size. He is very tough and physical on the line of scrimmage. He fires off of the ball and drives defenders back to open holes. We are excited to see him display his talents in Indianapolis, IN!”

 

Over 10,000 nominations and Webber is only 1 of 360 student athletes from across the nation selected. Dream Sports Group congratulates Webber on this prestigious honor and once in a lifetime opportunity. Webber showed out at the New Orleans Showcase as a Top Performer. Many of the top players in the country were on hand at the Recruit Nation College Prospect Showcase in New Orleans, LA. Recruit Nation staff and college coaches provided instruction and evaluated each player. The athletes were tested in the 40 yard dash and pro agility (5-10-5). The players also received individual and group instruction to improve their skills.

 

The players ranged from class of 2023 to class of 2032. Members of the Dream All-American Selection Committee were on hand as well. The top performers were accepted to play at the Dream All-American Bowl and Dream Football Classic held in AT&T Stadium, SoFi Stadium & Lucas Oil Stadium. The top performers will receive a 3-Star rating or higher from National Radar recruiting publication. Webber dominated on the field. He left with college offers and the acceptance into the All American Bowl. Webber is waiting to commit and exploring offers. He has been offered to play at colleges such as Mississippi Gulf Coast, Hinds & more. Webber says this is an absolute blessing to have gotten this far and he wants to make his state proud. He is very humble and says he may not be the best but he works hard and will continue to gain the skills needed for betterment. When asked what drives him he replies,  “To be better than the day before, to enjoy the moment and give it all I have. With God all things are possible”. When asked who is his biggest supporter he replied, “my parents, they’re always there for me and push me to be better. They work very hard and have poured into me. Also my team has a huge impact on the player I am. They will be rooting for me and watching live on TV, their support means a lot. They helped form me into the player I am today”.
Webber will represent the state of Mississippi. We know his community is excited to have him as a National All American! Webber lives in Magee, MS (Simpson County). He attends Magee High School, home of the Trojans.
