Cole Hartford Brinkley passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024, at his residence. He was 61 years old and was born on April 6, 1963, in Jackson, Mississippi.
Cole was married to Nancy Albright Brinkley for over 38 years. He retired from Meltblown Industries after a 40-year career. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, tinkering with his guns and old cars, attending government surplus auctions, and showing off his findings, but he mostly loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy “Nina” Brinkley of Magee, MS; daughter, Carol Wolfe of Lawrenceville, GA; sons, Kevin Brinkley of Huntsville, AL; son, Cody Brinkley (Lena) of Flowery Branch, GA; son, Dakota Brinkley (Ashley) of Mize, MS; grandchildren, Savannah Windham; Braylen, Brooklynn, Beau Brinkley; Colby, Allison, Tommy, and Sam Brinkley; sister, Robin Brinkley Collins (Mike) of Orlando FL; brother, Robert Brinkley (Sudjai) of Biloxi MS along with numerous family and friends.
Cole was preceded in death by his father, Robert Spencer Brinkley Sr., and his mother, Gwen Devenger Brinkley.
The family will hold a memorial service for Cole on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 2:00 PM, at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee, MS. Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 PM prior to the service.
Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
