Campaign Finance Late Filer Report
JACKSON, Miss. – Pursuant to Mississippi Code Section 23-15-817, the Secretary of State’s Office is required to publish a list of all candidates for Statewide or Legislative Office who failed to file a campaign disclosure report by the dates specified in Section 23-15-807(b).
Individuals who failed to timely file their Annual Campaign Finance Report by 5 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2026, and still have not filed their report to date include:

- Jeff Hale

- Jim Estrada

- Ronnie Crudup
- Charles Young
- Joseph Tubb
- Kent McCarty
- Jansen Owen
- Jeramey Anderson
- Otha Williams III
Individuals who failed to timely file their Annual Campaign Finance Report by 5 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2026, but have since filed with the Secretary of State’s Office:

Note: Executive Order No. 1593 was issued on January 26, 2026, granting a State of Emergency due to severe winter weather, emergency conditions, and extensive damage to infrastructure, homes, businesses, and public property. These exceptional circumstances may have impacted the ability for some filers to transmit their report.
