Betty Marie Chain Larry, 70 of Puckett, Mississippi passed away Sunday, March 2, 2025 at the Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. She was born Tuesday, January 25, 1955 in Jackson, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 06, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. Burial will follow in Sharon Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Magee, Mississippi. Mary Echols and Bro. James Jones will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer  Marie  Cooper; son, Phillip  Edward  Cooper, Jr.; father, Tom  Vernie  Chain;  mother, Vida  Lucille  Bynum  Lee;  brothers, Billy  Ray  Chain, Tommy  Chain;  sisters, Elisa  Rock, Frances  Garcia;  step-father, James  Lee, Sr..

Survivors include her son, Perry Joseph Cooper, Sr.  (Crystal ) of Magee, MS;  daughter-in-law Pamela Cooper of Mendenhall, MS; grandchildren, Anthony  Weghorst  (Kasi), Zakkary  Cooper  (Tracy), Ashley  Woods  (Kyle ), Brandon  Cooper  (Kaelynn), Matt  Cooper  (Keyanna ), Tyler  Cooper, Perry  Joseph  Cooper, Jr. and Sophia  Grace  Armstrong;  brothers, John  Chain, Robert  Chain  (Joyce ), James  Lee, Jr., Wade  Lee and Anthony  Lee;  sisters, Judy  Jones  (James ), Connie  Reid  (Casey ), Josie  Pennington and Debra  Lee;  great- grandchildren, Decklan  Weghorst, Kaygan  Weghorst, Kylie  Woods, Dawson  Woods, Mylie  Grace  Woods, Lany  James  Cooper, Baylor  Austin  Cooper, Charlotte  May  Darrow, Matt  Cooper, Jr., Addyson  Gressett and Mckinley  Cooper;  and a host of  Nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
