Annette Allen passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018, at Magee General Hospital surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on October 28, 1931, to the late Milton Lucas and Lola (Thompson) Lucas in Covington County.
Annette retired from Arnold Apparel after working there for many years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to many.
She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Allen; sons, Buddy Allen (Judy); brother, Jimmy Lucas; granddaughter, Stacey Allen and great-grandson, Dylan Allen.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Robert Allen Jr. and five brothers.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, July 2, 2018, at New Hope Baptist Church in Mount Olive from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with the service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Brother Jimmy Arender officiating.
Arrangements are entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
