Our devotion this week comes from Psalms 86:4
“Rejoice the soul of thy servant for unto thee O Lord do I lift up my soul.”
In this verse David is praying and asking God to help him be a better person and to keep him in his walk as he walks with God. David asks God to refresh him everyday! David knows God wants total surrender to Him nothing less want do! Don’t ever be satisfied in what God can do for you! We must get out of our comfort zones! Or move out of the way and let others stand in the gap to serve Jesus Christ a God who can do anything but fail!
God wants to give us peace which passeth all our understanding! Our goal in our walk with God should be to pray up fast up and shut up so God can lead and direct us according to His perfect will! The things we have are not ours at all Jesus only lets us to have them to brighten our life for just a little while!
Did you know that there is only one door to Heaven and that is Jesus Christ! He is calling YOU today from a life of wasted years to a life of eternal praise! See you at the House!!
