Ronald Houston “Ronnie” Williams, 64, of Magee, Mississippi

Ronald Houston “Ronnie” Williams, 64, departed this life for his heavenly home on September 13, 2026.

Ronnie was a member of First Baptist Church of Magee, where he enjoyed the fellowship of John Meadows and Jimmy Holbrook’s Men’s Sunday School Class. He was a 1980 graduate of Magee High School and attended the University of Southern Mississippi. He will be remembered for his big heart, his larger-than-life personality, and his infectious laugh.

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Jennifer Williams; his daughter, Maggie McMillian and her husband, Marc; his son, Samuel Houston Williams; his mother, Lynda Brown Williams; his brother, Gary Williams and his wife, Leslie; his sister, Cindy “Cissy” Thames and her husband, Tommy; and his granddaughter, Lucy McMillian.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Houston “Boochie” Williams.

Visitation for Mr. Williams will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Athens Baptist Church, with a private burial service for family at a later date.
