In Loving Memory of Landon Smith
Forever 23 — A Beautiful Soul Gone Too Soon
Some people enter our lives and leave footprints on our hearts that can never be erased. Landon was one of those rare souls.
At just 23 years young, Landon was called from this earthly life far too soon. Though his time with us was brief, he left behind precious memories and a legacy of love that will continue through everyone who knew him.
Landon was truly one of a kind. With the personality of an angel and a humble, gentle nature, he had a way of making people feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. His quiet kindness and genuine compassion touched countless lives in ways he will never know.
He found happiness in life’s simple moments. Landon loved fishing, spending time outdoors, and making memories with family and friends. Whether he was casting a line, sharing a laugh, or simply enjoying the company of those he loved, he understood that the most meaningful moments were often the simplest ones.
One of Landon’s greatest joys was being “Uncle Lan” to his two precious nieces. He wore that title with pride and treasured every moment they shared. Their bond was deeply special!!
Landon never needed recognition to make a difference. His humility was evident in the way he lived, and his actions spoke more loudly than words ever could. Simply by being present, he brought comfort, laughter, and a sense of peace to those around him.
As we remember him, we will hold close the moments that made Landon who he was: his devotion to family, his cherished friendships, his love of fishing, and the happiness he found in being Uncle Lan. These memories will remain a lasting part of who he was.
Landon, 23 years was simply not enough. There were more memories to make, more fish to catch, more laughter to share, and more moments we wished we could have had with you. Even so, the time you gave us will always be treasured, and the love you shared will never fade.
Heaven has gained a beautiful angel, while those of us on earth carry the ache of your absence. Still, your life continues through the stories we tell, the lessons you left behind, and the love shared by everyone who misses you.
Rest peacefully, Our Lan. Your wings were ready, but our hearts were not.
Forever 23. Forever our angel. Forever Uncle Lan. Forever loved. Never forgotten. 1434!!
