Magee, Mississippi – Lackey Memorial Hospital of Forest, Mississippi is announcing the opening of 149 Pediatric and Family. The new clinic will be located at 376 Simpson Hwy 149, Suite 600
Magee, MS 39111. The phone number to schedule appointments will be 601-721-8985.
The clinic will be open and accepting patients beginning September 1, 2020. Hours of business will be 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Walk-in patients will be welcome. Providers for the new clinic will be Pediatrician, Diana Tate, M.D. and Kelsa Temple, CFNP.
Diana Tate, M.D. received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, and completed her medical degree and residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Diana is certified in Pediatrics from the American Board of Pediatrics. Joining Dr. Tate is Kelsa Temple a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner from Hattiesburg.
