SUMMER FORUM – The Eta Omega Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa Copiah-Lincoln Community College's Wesson Campus recently hosted the MS/LA Regional Summer Forum.

 Over 50 attendees from chapters throughout the Mississippi/Louisiana Region to attended the one-day free workshop.

 Attendees from across the region received information on the new Honors Study Topic, the new Hallmark Awards Program, College Fish, Competitive Edge, and the Five Star Chapter Development Plan. Speakers included Susan Edwards, Christin Grissom and West Williamson, all of Phi Theta Kappa's International Staff, and Amy Wolgamott, the MS/LA Regional Coordinator.

 Eta Omega officers attending were front row from left, Joanna Upton and Hayley Hall, both of Brookhaven; Cody King and Laney McQuage, both of Wesson; Nicole Magee of Magee, Heather Phillips of Brookhaven, and member Alex Hamilton of Magee.

Phi Theta Kappa is the international two-year honor fraternity. Students must achieve a 3.5 or better academic average to receive an invitation for membership.
