Thank you so very much for each thought, call, visit,  and prayer for us last week.
Mitch's open-heart surgery (literally open-heart) went very well last Wednesday.
He was set to come home on Saturday, but tests had to be   repeated prior to dismissal.  After the lab tests were repeated the third time, we were told that his blood count was only half of normal reading.  The two doctors on call for the weekend felt that he needed blood transfusion(s) however, they were concerned about his having blood.
Mitch decided that he "needed" to come home on Monday, so we got home on Monday night around 8:00 - 8:30 P.M.  He is very weak and must have two naps a day, walk five minutes twice a day, and eat RED meat for two weeks.
We just wanted to thank you for your prayers and each act of kindness.  Please continue your prayers.  THANK YOU!
